Telstra International Finance Workflow Optimization
We assisted the company's finance department in sorting out 3+ years finance data. Re-designed and re-organized the data using proper schema. We also performed data-mining to extract clean and useful business data with reports for making business decisions. Project delivered in 6 months. Implemented with Excel 2007, VBA.
McCann Worldgroup
We assisted McCann in the Flying Lion project, which includes a series of processes: collect data from clinics worldwide; organize data into proper formats; analyze data and prepare charts reports; linked to presentation. The whole project was done by Excel 2007 and VBA scripts. Delivered in 4 months.
Goodpack Limited
We assisted the finance department to create a set of budgeting tools for their staffs and different departments from all over the world. Budget data is created in sub files, and submit to Singapore HQ Finance Department for processing. The submitted files' data is auto-imported into a master file, which generates the final yearly budget reports. Then selected data is exported into fixed formats for SAP importing. The whole process is 80% automated with VBA scripts and Excel built-in features.
