- Two hard disks can are configured to run as one single hard disk in the network storage. Failure of one hard disk will not stop the storage from working and no files will be lost;
- It automatically copies files and folders from pre-defined locations into a central storage location in your office network;
- Multiple PCs in the office can be configured to perform backups simultaneously;
- Backup can be scheduled to run after office hours or during lunch hours;
- The central network storage can also be used as a file server for your office staffs to share files among each other.

Note the network storage doesn't need a computer to work: it runs on its own.
All computer in the office will be able to access shared files in it without concerning whether some people turn on their computers or not.
