| Steps for A Successful Data Recovery Process |

For memory cards, get the card out of your device: camera, card reader, mobile phones, etc.
For computer & laptop, stop using the computer. If you know how to get the disk out, please disconnect it from your computer or laptop.
For thumb drive or external drive, simply stop using them.
Continue using related devices will only cause more data to be lost.

Contact our consultants for assistance.
We will ask for some background information to understand the situation and we will setup an appointment with you.

Our consultant will try to connect the disk, or memory card, or thumb drive with our own devices, and use recovery software to search for the lost files.
Not all files can be recovered and not all recovered files are as good as original, some files may be corrupted. But we will assist you to recover as much as possible.
For devices which are undetectable, will go to Step 4.

For those devices, normally hard drives, which are undetectable to any computer, we will bring those devices for our partners to check.
For this stage, the cost will be very high. Unless the data is really valuable, it will not worth the money and effort.
